Pixel-perfect cuts.When the size doesn't divide evenly, use Math.round Remaining pixels are distributed: tiles differ by at most 1px,
and the tile widths/ heights sum exactly to the original, so no edge row or column is dropped.
About spacing.Spacing is added to the right and bottom of each slice, filled with a uniform background color, so each exported tile's size = Tile size + spacing. When spacing is 0, each slice is cut straight from the pixels, so reassembling the nine slices matches the original exactly.

Radius based onHalf the short sidecapped, never exceeding the image itself; in percent mode 50% that is half of the short side (a square image becomes a perfect circle).
