退款政策

一、概要

本服务的付款由 Paddle.com Market Ltd（Merchant of Record）处理，因此退款也由 Paddle 执行，退回到你原来的付款方式。我们承诺 7 天无理由退款。

1. Summary

Payments for this service are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, so refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund.

二、7 天无理由退款

• 自付款之日起 7 天内，无论是否使用过，都可以申请全额退款
• 退款按原路返回，到账时间取决于你的银行或支付方式（一般 3–10 个工作日）
• 退款成功后，该笔订单对应的会员时长会被撤销（已使用的部分不另计费）

2. 7-day refund

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, whether or not you have used the service.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer (usually 3–10 business days).
• Once a refund is processed, the membership time granted by that order is revoked.

三、如何申请

• 发邮件到 support@boxkit.dev，附上 Paddle 订单号 / 交易号（结账确认邮件里有），或说明结账时使用的邮箱
• 我们会在 2 个工作日内回复，并提交 Paddle 执行退款

3. How to request

• Email support@boxkit.dev with your Paddle order / transaction ID (in your checkout confirmation email), or tell us the email address used at checkout.
• We reply within 2 business days and submit the refund through Paddle.

四、可能被拒绝的情形

• 滥用行为（反复购买并退款）、欺诈或转售、违反服务条款
• 超出 7 天窗口的申请（我们仍会视情况处理，例如服务故障导致的未使用时长）
• 上述不适用于你所在国家/地区法律赋予的强制性消费者权利（例如欧盟/英国的 14 天撤回权、日本的消费者保护规定），这些权利始终有效

4. When a refund may be declined

• Abuse (repeated purchase-and-refund), fraud, reselling, or breach of our Terms of Service.
• Requests made after the 7-day window (we may still help, for example if a service failure left your membership unusable).
• None of the above limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country (e.g. the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK, or Japanese consumer protection rules) — those always apply.

五、服务故障

如果 VIP 权益无法开通或长时间不可用，我们将优先补发时长或全额退款，由你选择。

5. Service failures

If VIP access cannot be activated or is materially unavailable for a prolonged period, we will offer either an extension of your membership or a full refund — your choice.

六、欧盟 / 英国 / 日本消费者须知

数字内容通常享有 14 天撤回权。当你立即开始使用数字服务时，即表示你同意即时交付，并知悉相应撤回权随之终止；但这不影响我们主动提供的上述 7 天退款承诺。在日本，本服务的销售方（Merchant of Record）为 Paddle，其经营者信息与联系方式在结账页面展示。

6. EU / UK / Japan consumer notice

Digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use the digital service immediately, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends accordingly — this does not affect the 7-day refund promise we offer above. In Japan, the seller of record is Paddle; its business details and contact information are shown at checkout.

七、拒付与争议

发起银行拒付（chargeback）前请先联系我们——绝大多数问题都能直接解决，退款通常比拒付更快。

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — almost every issue can be resolved directly, and a refund is usually faster than a dispute.
