一、服务说明

像素盒 BoxKit（boxkit.dev）提供在浏览器中运行的在线图片与 PDF 工具。使用工具需要注册账号（免费）；VIP 会员为不限量使用全部工具的高级权益。所有文件处理均在你的设备本地完成，我们不上传、不保存你的图片。

1. The service

BoxKit (boxkit.dev) provides browser-based online image and PDF tools. Using the tools requires an account (free of charge). BoxKit VIP is a premium membership that unlocks unlimited use of all tools. All file processing happens locally in your browser; we never upload or store your images.

二、账号

  • 注册时请提供可用的邮箱；请妥善保管密码，账号下的操作视为你本人所为
  • 账号仅供本人使用，不得转借、出租或共享
  • 我们可能对滥用行为（自动化脚本、绕过限制、攻击服务）暂停或终止账号

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a working email address. Keep your password safe — activity under your account is treated as yours.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be lent, rented or shared.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse (automation, circumventing limits, attacking the service).

三、VIP 会员与付款

  • 价格：USD 2.90 / 1 个月 或 USD 29.00 / 1 年，一次性付款，获得对应 31 天 / 365 天 VIP 权益（具体价格以结账页显示为准）
  • 商户：付款由 Paddle.com Market Ltd 作为 Merchant of Record（登记商户）处理，Paddle 负责收款、开具发票并代收适用于你所在国家/地区的税费（VAT / GST / 消费税）
  • 不自动续费：这是单次购买，不会自动扣款；到期后如想继续，可再次购买以叠加时长
  • 付款确认后权益立即开通；如遇延迟，请用结账邮箱联系 support@boxkit.dev

3. VIP membership and payment

  • Price: USD 2.90 for 1 month or USD 29.00 for 1 year, a one-time payment for 31 / 365 days of VIP access respectively (the price shown at checkout prevails).
  • Merchant of record: payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices and handles applicable taxes (VAT / GST / consumption tax) for your country.
  • No auto-renewal: this is a single purchase and is not charged again automatically. To continue after expiry, simply purchase again — time stacks.
  • Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. If it is delayed, contact support@boxkit.dev from the email used at checkout.

四、可接受使用

  • 不得将本服务用于违法用途，或处理你无权处理的他人隐私图像
  • 不得对服务进行逆向工程、批量抓取、压测或试图绕过用量限制
  • 你对自己上传/处理的内容负责

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to process other people's private images without permission.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, load-test, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
  • You are responsible for the content you process.

五、知识产权

你的文件与内容始终归你所有。本站的界面、代码与品牌归运营者所有；付费后你获得的是个人、不可转让的使用许可。

5. Intellectual property

Your files and content remain yours. The site, its code and branding belong to the operator. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service.

六、免责声明与责任限制

工具按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保证结果正确，但重要文件请务必保留原件；对于因使用本服务导致的数据丢失或间接损失，我们不承担责任。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们的赔偿责任不超过你在提出索赔前 12 个月内实际支付的金额。本条不排除依法不可排除的责任。

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to keep results correct, but always keep the original of any important file. We are not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

七、服务变更与终止

我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能；重大变更会提前在站内公告。你可以在任何时候停止使用本服务。若某项付费功能无法继续提供，按退款政策处理。

7. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features; material changes will be announced on the site in advance. You may stop using the service at any time. If a paid feature can no longer be provided, we handle it under our Refund Policy.

八、争议与适用法律

如发生争议，请先通过 support@boxkit.dev 与我们协商。本条款适用运营者所在地法律；你所在国家/地区法律赋予消费者的强制性权利不受影响。作为 Merchant of Record，Paddle 负责其平台侧的支付与税务合规。

8. Disputes and governing law

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@boxkit.dev. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country are not affected. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for payment and tax compliance on its platform.
